Marrying on Sunday were James and Liah. They had chosen to marry at the wonderful St Jame’s church in Baldersby North Yorkshire before celebrating at the Crab and Lobster. We began our days wedding photography joining Liah and her bridesmaids at Crab Manor where hair and make up were in full swing. As well as photographing the activities it’s also time to take the photographs of the wedding dress, Liah’s shoes and the other wedding items of clothing jewellery etc, all of which have been carefully chosen by Liah for her wedding day and will also later make a great spread in the wedding album.
Following photographs with the ladies we join James and his best men at Church for a few photos before the wedding ceremony and Liah’s arrival. During the wedding ceremony we are allowed almost free access for photography so with Alex taking photographs from the back of church I have a great but discrete location and view from the front.
Earlier in the day we’d spotted a great location near church with a long track and oil seed rape field, perfect for a few quick wedding photographs before we head back to the Crab and Lobster for the drinks reception. The weather is holding off nicely and although a little chilly guests are outside allowing us the opportunity to complete the formal photographs and candids in the grounds of Crab Manor.
The photographs below include some of those played during the evening reception on the large screen slideshow. The large screen slideshow is included with all wedding photography packages.
