Finally some snow, well a little slush on the road coming over the top of Huddersfield doesn’t really count but it’s the closest I’d been to winter so far on Saturday for the wedding of James and Faye at Linthwaite Church in Huddersfield. Following bridal preparation photographs at Faye’s parent’s house we made the short trip to Christ Church in Linthwaite to join James and there groomsmen for photographs before the wedding ceremony. A very obliging vicar allowed us to the make the most of the photo opportunities in church with Alex at the back and myself at the front.

Following the signing of the register and confetti throwing we made our way to Bagden Hall near Scissett for the wedding reception. As faye and James arrived a number of guests were still enroute and so we made our way into the gardens for some photographs of just the bride and groom before the guests joined us for the planned group photographs.

Faye and Jame’s had planned a snow machine for their first dance which certainly added something different to the photographs on the dance floor as guests joined them a few minutes into the song.  The photographs below include some of those  played on the large screen during their evening reception. The large screen preview during the evening is included with all wedding packages – full details of packages can be found here.
